OROSTUDIO’S TECHNICAL FEATURES

By our professional or compact refining plants, it is possible to achieve a purity of the treated metal close to 99,99% and in any case never less than 99,95% (minimum we guarantee). Our project philosophy helped us to engineer plants:

  • using only high industrial quality boro-silicate tempered glass, PTFE and PVDF for pipe and plastic parts, warranted for vacuum purposes. The difference between our first quality materials and the other ones is unquestionable and confirmed by the chemical resistance tables (Compatibility Official Technical Sheets);
  • with the maximum safety for the users (all the steps are operated without physical manipulation by the users: the plant works in closed circuit to avoid any contact with the acids and smokes);
  • extremely resistant to the use, to the structural and thermal solicitations (the use of class “A” components is a must as the only element to warranty the reliability of our realizations);
  • with warranty for the repeatable final results (the appropriate training is perfectly scheduled to put your personnel in the best condition to operate and get the best results our technology allows);
  • with a minimum need of ordinary maintenance (easy to run from your personnel);
  • the time to run a complete refining cycle (no matter the quantity of metal to be refined) is less than 4 hours.
