FUMES NEUTRALIZATION TOWER

Each chemical process generates noxious vapors. The law is always more sensitive to the environment protection with new and more restrictive rules to contain the limit of the fume emissions. For each kind of situation we can study and built the right systems for the dust laying.

Working principles

Operating-Data-SheetThe system for a correct dust laying is made by a special scrubber tower where the noxious vapours are channelled into a tower with their consequential speed reduction. From the dome tower, a drainage system homogeneously spread a neutraliser agent specific for each kind of vapour.
Thanks to the right vapor speed modulation and to the intensity of the reactor drainage, the scrubber neutralize the fumes until the 99%.
Whit our systems is possible to normalize and optimize the concentration of the agent by the PH-meter and a dosing pump.
