GOLD POTASSIUM CYANIDE (GPC) PRODUCTION PLANTS Why to use a GPC production plant? For any step of the gold plating finishing or in the electroforming production, the use of Gold Potassium Cyanide (GPC) is a must. This kind of gold, in its salt status, is the main core of these chemical treatments and it is necessary to be sure of its purity and content percentage (minimum we warranty: 68,20%). For this reason, the transformation of the metal into salt has, over the gold price, a real expensive market price for the transformation. By our dedicated plant, it is quite easy to produce GPC having high output quality at a very convenient cost: at least 10 times cheaper of the market price. The easy in-house process allows the managing of the production according to the effective needs because the fast productive process avoid the storage of precious metal. Working principles In a worm alkaline solution based on cyanide, by the right rectifier control, anodes in pure metallic gold are dissolved and complex inside the solution. A consequent chilling action, provides first to cool down the solution obtaining the gold crystallisation and then recovered by filtration. A final drying process makes the gold in salt status perfectly ready for the most appropriate use. Our models Mod.
