COMPACT REFINING PLANTS By our compact refining plants, it is possible to achieve a purity of the treated metal close to 99,99%. Our project philosophy helped us to engineer plants: • with the maximum safety for the users (all the steps are operated without physical manipulation by the users: the plant works in closed circuit to avoid any contact with the acids and smokes); • with a minimum need of ordinary maintenance (easy to run from your personnel); • extremely resistant to the use, to the structural and thermal solicitations (the use of class “A” components is a must as the only element to warranty the reliability of our realizations); • using only high industrial quality boro-silicate tempered glass, warranted for vacuum purposes (the difference between glass and other materials is unquestionable and confirmed by the best final results); • the acid discharge, through specific valve, is under vacuum made by dedicated special pump. Refinery is a procedure used to extract pure metal from an alloy. This is an ancient process, but still used for its simple operation, cheap, too! With our plants the purity obtained is very high, never less than 99,95%. Refinery is made by the dissolution of the entire alloy mass into Aqua Regia by the pure gold precipitation in powder form to be consequently washed. With this process it is possible to recover the silver as insoluble silver chloride. Then, by the right procedure, it will be possible to reduce the metallic silver.
